I didn't start Mainstay Virtual Partners because it was the obvious next move. I started it because I needed the same thing my clients need — a way to keep doing what I love without drowning in everything else that comes with running a business.
After years in customer service, sales, and operations — and building a mobile beauty brand from the ground up — I knew two things for certain. I was not willing to give up helping people. And I was not willing to keep sacrificing my life to do it.
MVP started as the answer to that tension. A way to use everything I had learned across 20+ years of building, managing, and growing businesses to help other owners get out from under the weight of it all — and get back to the reason they started in the first place.

I dove deep. I studied it, coded it, built with it, tested it inside real businesses. I got certified in Artificial Intelligence through the University of Maryland. I kept going. Because the more I learned, the clearer it became — AI is not replacing business owners. It is finally giving them the leverage they deserve.
